That's £24 for a good quality 10" tablet, ideal as a coffee table browser. I fail to see how that's a bad thing in any way...

I'm a big music nut and have always wanted the best clarity. What are these like? Are they really worth all of that money. Might be worth mentioning i've started making some of my own music and my headphones aren't doing it for me when it comes to production.

I thought the point of this thread was to show what you'd bought recently? It's purpose is certainly not to invite sniffy comments, pooh-poohing your decision.

Indeed - looks like a tidy tab for almost no money.

There coming Tuesday, will report back in my other thread i got in general.
there a neutral sound so that's what you wont for music creating. they have a slight emphasis with the bass. Which is perfect for what i'm after in earphones.
From what i read they rival 150 quid ear buds

Not seen a passive heatsink that small in over a decade!

Bought a grease gun for... applying grease so so much more accurate.

Not quite as good as the windows tablet for 24 quid, but i got the iPad 4 (64GB) for £107, which isn't too shabby.

Saying that I got one of these monstrosities for 5 quid

And promptly returned it, as even for a fiver, it's a piece of ####.

Bought a while ago, received over the weekend:
    3xDR DDT11 Guitar String sets.
    3x D'Addario 7-string sets
    1x Korg Clip on tuner
5x6 Dunlop Max Grip Jazz III picks

Not a PURCHASE, but a gift from my dad:
An old (read: probably 50 years old) a Spiral Ratchet Screwdriver. Never seen one before, and my dad picked up some in perfect working order at an old tool sale. That's about as excited as I can get about a screwdriver.

If I'm thinking of the right tool just be careful. Those things can shoot out like a harpoon! My dads one used to be something that Predator would be proud to own.
