Well, it's hard to explain this kind of humour, and an explanation will completely ruin the joke.
Maybe I shouldn't have put the gym ball video in my post because it requires some context to appreciate. First of all, what she's doing is trolling elevated to an artform (like BG Kumbi, Dillon the Hacker, etc.). Half the fun is listening to the cleverly-written inane stuff her character says, and the other half is laughing how so many people think it's serious.
The English/American video from before is an excellent example. There's a gradual buildup in crazy and because she's a good actress it almost seems like she's not joking at the start. It escalates and at the "closest to the sun" part it gets so ridiculous she's practically telling the audience she's just kidding and they got tricked.

Now, to ruin the joke...
In the gym ball video part of the joke is her portrayal of an annoying attention-seeking girl who tries to look cool and funny by using memes she doesn't really understand (also see the title: "ME BEING DANK! lol ") and being "random" (in the same way as the infamous t3h PeNgU1N oF d00m copypasta for example).
The other part of the joke is that there is absolutely no joke, like Farmer__Joe says in the comment section: the joke is that we all watch the entire video.

 

Grrr.

One of the new graduate engineers was doing some coding in Python. I leaned over and said 'All I see is blonde, brunette, red-head...' He looked at me with a blank expression.
