i stand corrected.

that being said they seem to have changed the PACE quite a bit, as it allways used to be that they'd "detain" you, then ask questions, but you'd only get actually "arrested" once you were at the police station. (usually by the desk sergeant) .

seems i have quite a lot more of that to read.
