The intention to leave EURATOM was in the article 50 notification... from Paragraph 3: If it was such a huge deal to him, then why didn't he kick off at the time? It also means that if the UK does indeed wants to stay in EURATOM, then Article 50 has to be revoked or ammended...
Because as usual the Brexiteers take a while to catch up to what their choices actually mean in practice.
I have this little tiny hope left that so many things will be needing to be amended and rectified that we pull out of pulling out, pay some fines to the EU for being such dimwits, and by the time the tories have unbunched their panties and we have another referendum the leavers will have either died (The old, not just.. all of them), realised how stupid the whole thing is and changed their mind, or forgotten why they were mad in the first place in sufficient quantity that we can put this whole *********** behind us.

The problem is that many people now feel that because they voted for Brexit the government should damn well do what they said, just on principle, and deliver those damn unicorns already. It's not really about Brexit for many people; they never understood or cared in the first place. It was just a protest vote; a way of giving Cameron a good kicking, a way of not feeling taken for granted anymore. The same happened with Theresa May, who also took them just a bit too much for granted and therefore also got a kicking. STFU and give us the damn unicorns, lady. Basically no matter what form Brexit now takes, it won't be good enough. The Tories will be out. Labour will be in. Corbyn knows that, and is just biding his time smiling from the side lines as the Tories try to stem the arterial haemorrhage by repeatedly stabbing themselves.
And they'll tell everyone it's all the EU's fault that it's such a shambles... and their supporters will believe it...

Not sure about that, because people voted Leave based on the Brexiteers' promises. So either people have to accept that they were gullible and stupid, or they can believe that the Brexiteers let them down. They can also blame the EU (and probably will), but that institution is not within the range of their foot, whereas the government is. If you're not in reach of the person you want to kick, you kick the person that you're in reach of...

Well, it was the Brexit GE, apparently... Although there was no mention of Brexit. And there still isn't. Read Theresa May's speech here, and bask in glorious vapidity. It says nothing. A whole speech, and it says absolutely not a damn thing. That's pretty impressive.
I'd argue it says a great deal of things, unfortunately none of what she said is backed up with actions, in fact her actions, and by extension the action of our government, betray them. For instant she talks about greater fairness, tackling injusticeses and vested interests, and making a country that works for everyone, not just a privileged few. However under her parties stewardship vested interests and the privileged few have been allowed to get away with murder (figuratively speaking) while those at the bottom have been doggedly pursued and treated as nothing more than a nuisance or burden to society. I could go on but just that short rant has wound me up more than is probably healthy.

I can't quite believe she keeps getting things so badly wrong by accident. I wonder if the rest of the party had decided to try and scapegoat her to try and save the party image.
I think she is the sacrificial lamb. Any flak from Brexit, she gets the blame. And I think she knows; this is the price she is paying for her failure in the GE.
