Necromunda pre-orders are going up on November 11th, so I would assume full release on the 18th. Will be an instant purchase by me.
Haven't been around here for a while.. nice to see your all still posting... Recently finished this. https://photos.app.goo.gl/oOb2vc9HbL0KbbjF2 Looks like you've got a major engineering project going on there lira....
Looks as good as ever Phil! Ha, yeah, it is starting to take on something of a structural aspect that I'd not bargained on.
Btw selling these two marines on eBay if anyone's interested..https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/192355310137 https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/192355306082
Well, pre-orders for Necromunda and whatnot went up this morning, so ordered the Boxed Game, Gang War and the House Cards as well. Now the 2 week wait...
I HAVE A KNIGHT! I'm throwing my last ZiiP meetup for the forseeable future this weekend, and the lads decided to get me a fecking Knight Warden kit to say thanks (plus a really nice bottle of Glenfiddich). Awesome bunch of slags
Took my nephew to a warhammer beginners session on Saturday, so he's decided he wants to start collecting the Age of Sigmar. I may or may not have picked him up a starter set between us (well he'll need someone to play against... right? ) so (depending on how my paints have held up, if I can even find them) I may have some new mini's to post soon.
I'm still using a lot of my paints that are 15+ years old. The soft white-lid ones. All of them are absolutely perfect. All the hard black, twist-off lids pots had all completely dried up :/
Same, I still have paints that are good from when I first started back in '89. Those screw top jobbies were a bad idea, they either lock up HARD or dry out.
Yeah, I've still got some of the old white lid pots in a drawer (probably around 20-odd pots that have to be at least 20 odd years old, some of them haven't even been unsealed yet), most of them are OK as I used some of them to finish off the Ork I'd painted in store but there are a few that dried up (or as close to). I just don't have a wide enough range of colour options in them and the green wash has turned completely clear. Edit: Well here's the solitary Ork I painted on Saturday
Extra green, good and neat. Yup, not bad at all. I don't subscribe to the whole "it's an orc/k, no need to be neat" thing. That's just lazy.
