Couple of bars like that round here, other preferred attire includes such things as anti stab vests.

I dare say. I know the only time I went there was as a performer and I'd have felt very weird wearing anything other than steelies with all the New Rocks in the vicinity... Alcohol however is the worlds best leveller, in many aspects of the word.

Scan done, hernia confirmed, more repair required. The consultant I saw seemed surprised they even bothered refering me for a scan, saying "it's obvious, you can feel it". ****ing joy.

Well it'll not be done for a while on NHS. Consultant today could only relay his findings to someone or other, they'll "be in touch". They do private Healthcare at work so will see how quickly it could be done if I joined that, I've already checked that the cover they do includes pre-existing conditions. Just need to check cost of excess and also see if could go through the wife's police thing, if it's a better option.

Just invoiced a decent project. However, i'm expecting arguments, tears and non-payment for some reason.

GL mate. Years ago we luckily had private healthcare via my work when my lady's back went (a family thing, they've all got duff backs). We turned to that after the local Doctor wouldn't even come out to see her but would give her industrial strength painkillers for her to take whilst prone on the floor.

As far as I'm aware, it literally gets metabolised into morphine.

My mother has the good ****. 30mg straight codeine.

One of them and I'm off my face. I remember taking two after having 6 teeth out and I just sat there dribbling for few hours.

Yeah it seems you have a choice of paracetamol or, essentially, heroin.

Need some inbetween choice i think.

Interestingly the UK is the largest exporter of medical grade cannabis.
