I bought all manner of things from ek. Hard tube, CPU block, pump/Res, radiators, coolant, fittings.

I'd have bought the gpu block too, if I could have had a reference design 5700xt for a sane price new.

I like their support, having had a few interactions over the years. The site's a bit meh, but. I can live with that. Better than the competition.

 

I still remember him coming to these here forums and ask about feedback and people who wanted to try his stuff YEARS ago. Seemed like a decent bloke and his products are top notch. Prices are a bit on the less-than-sane side, but as you said, the customer service is good.
