You should count yourself very lucky having received a card that "doesn't exist" :hehe:

Yeah I just watched the LTT WAN Show segment from last week on this as well...

Well this is a bit mental! I can confirm I definitely have a 3070 Ti Founders Edition in my PC right now that I purchased manually, without a bot, from Scan!

To be fair though, that often is the case! It's a much bigger market than UK/EU.

Re : CCL : At least they don't seem to be quickly selling out fast at their insane prices this time. Both Nvidia and AMD cards of various models in stock ... all for slightly less (or slightly more) than twice the expected price.

edit to mention CCL as other posts happened between my reply and what i was replying to

With the arse falling out of the mining market I guess most people are like myself are hoping the prices adjust to normal and if they don't they can stay on the shelves until next gen.

I would have probably paid that price if it was launched at those values but knowing the cards should be cheaper I can't bring myself to do it as I don't need one, just want one :D It has been hard not to buy one of those 3090s though I must say, with the Silly price of the 3080Ti so close to them you think may as well upspec. :D

If you're not mining, the 3080ti is arguably better value than the 3090, though there isn't currently a case for buying either, beyond semi professional use.

I saw there was a 3080 Fe drop this morning, but I got triple CAPTCHA'd by Scan and missed the window.

Cyberpower were advertising they they have the full suit of GPU's available for builds on Facebook, looks like a ~£200 premium on RRP's, so not too bad for people wanting prebuilds.

I think thats definitely part of it, but also slightly big headed to assume someone who got one must be a subscriber or someone who could be arsed to write in and say "hey I got one", people who have got one are busy playing games on it on not watching YouTube and the huge number of people crying about not getting one make it near impossible to pick out the few small voices that might have.

Jay's a tool anyway, I watched that video and got the since that, yes they were sold but gone fast. The internet happened, now every useless **** tech tuber like JAYZ and LTT (who only benchmark free cards and bitch) go out and make RAGE videos based on ???

Gee, no wonder NVIDIA doesn't bother responding to this nonsense

The EU has a greater population and considerably greater number of gamers than North America, it's just that a lot of tech is centred in the states.

Good job I have to means of credit :hehe: not that I think I'd ever spend that much on a GPU.

EU market is massively larger than the American market.. the UK market sure but not the EU, not by any stretch
