The Misty Mountain photo is one of those images that is just nice to have. It may have been done a thousand times before, but I still like it. Well done.

And the sheep image? Well, I just love everything about it. I have a feeling it will find its way into my desktop rotation.

It's funny how similar this one is to my earlier shot of the same aircraft. I prefer this one because of the gear being retracted, though:

That lighthouse shot is gorgeous, I'm rather struck with that. Did you manage to do anything but take pictures on your hols? :p

Been lurking and not really posting much here but it's amazing to see everyone progressing and making more and more impressive shots, love it!

I've been getting heavily involved in developing a lot of black and white film both 35mm and 120! The only real reason I've picked up my D3100 is to "scan" the negatives :geek:

Also I did some major repair/restoration work on a pretty damn old vintage camera, a Zeiss Ikoflex iia which I posted up here earlier - took the whole shutter assembly apart to clean off the filthy shutter leaves and re-assembled it succesfully
click here to see the process!

Unfortunately I have no method at the moment to scan the 120 negatives but it won't be long until they're up on flickr!

Thought i'd just pick a few of my favourites over the last month or two and share them here! Finally, got my first 'explore' on Flickr a few weeks back, pretty chuffed with that!

@thaifood, if the focus was spot-on you'd be selling that one all over the place - great capture.

What size are you using? I've got a negative scanner here I'd be happy to break out for you if you want. :)
