Made some grilled sandwiches today. Everything seems to taste better with melted cheese. :D

Even crisps? I can't see how you can augment crisps with molten cheese... hot molten lava, yes, but cheese? Never!

Here's what I used to make when I was training for cycling. Bear in mind I was cutting down on carbs then, hence, no pasta which co -ncidently you can't make without a pot anyway!

You need: Chicken fillets, soy sauce, mushrooms, green/ red peppers, red onions.

Grill the chicken until lightly cooked & white all the way through. Then take it out and shred it all up in a bowl and add a good serving of soy sauce until the meat has tuned brown. Then heat it under the grill till the outside is chewy and a lil crispy.

Then grill your veg all at once, or you could roast it in tinfoil.

When you've done all that, get everything and whack it in a big deep bowl and dirzzle some olive oil and mix round. (not much though) Then stick it in the oven for a while at about 180.

I liked it! Wonder what it would be like with shredded cheese on it though..?

As long as you have enough Tabasco sauce, anything is food.
