Ah okay, I just know the Fiat / Alfa / (old) Subaru / (old) Mazda ones, they use regular 1,5V batteries. So nothing would fry either, even if they are wet.
So you're saying 1.5V isn't enough to fry it, is that right? So even if there is a bit of water it won't kill it? I'll keep drying it for one more day, will test it tomorrow.
Did you see that price tag above from RinSewand? I don't want to pay £300 for a key fob.. I want new camera! Missus said I will have to sell some part from my computer to pay for this fob or I will sleep on the floor You do the math
As the other have said, grow a pair! Worst case, it's dead. Then you buy a replacement fob on ebay for £30-£40 and cough up for BMW to code it.
Same as I said yesterday. I was thinking it just being polite. Press the button you nancy If you don't, I reckon this thread was just to tell the world you have an E90
have to agree the OP is a ***** LOL I have seen loads of posts on the BMW forums of them going into the washing machine and working fine after it seems like a well sealed unit if water did get in sticking it in rice would do nothing because of this.
If you don't push it you have to keep playing this over and over and over and over to compensate for your lack of balls
