well, aside from the obvious that a hermetically sealed room will eventually kill you from oxygen starvation... go to japan, they've had fiber optic networks for ages now. and epic speeds, and an awesome (and weird and sometimes incredibly disturbing) culture.
If all you want is fast Internet then you might as well just go to Korea. And who said anything about a lack of culture? If their culture includes regular barbecues on the beach, drinking beer while ogling hot, scantily clad women, and a relaxed attitude towards pretty much everything, then I'm all game. Though no L4D2 and Vegemite are major turn-offs.
Have fun being chased by kangaroos and spiders the size of household pets. Can we split your stuff if you get beaten up by a rough kangaroo?
A bit of my point as well, why would you need crazy fast internet if you can only use it for things they allow?

On the way to said beach, you might well encounter a herd of angry spiders and kangaroos, but be drinking beer, so you won't be able to fight back or flee properly.

Don't worry, I'm sure those industrious porn-loving Aussies have found a way around such censorship measures by now. I've not been to Australia, but I know people that have and I don't remember them saying that their beaches were filled with a load of guys fapping away to their heart's content.
Oh, there are ways around it, I have numerous Aussie friends (from both coasts) who have no issue watching porno to their hearts content.
I have seen quite a few post from 4chan /b/ is that not considerd porn, and if you get /b/ then im sure you can surf /s/ right? Or should i be quiet before they censor that too? lol
