Hi! I'am from Portugal and i will show what a did with my sff. If exist errors of english in the thread, the guilt it's of the translator The ideia is to put watercooling inside the case, and make some modifications. A review, to see the box from the beginning : http://www.digit-life.com/articles2/abit-digidice/index.html In the beginning it was thus, with that one cut made for a radiator 2*80 Later i see ones mods in the Internet that had made me to change project, and begin to make the cuts on the top and on the sides This was the case for the 51/2 drives. I cut to inside have more space in the box. The grate of 120 of aquacomputer that I used to fix the radiator of 120 in the box. I cut bars for the airflow either bigger. This was my computer on the moment. The front of the box painted The waterblock painted The grate finished, without the bars One side of the box have one puncture, therefore I had of covering with cold weld. The cage 51/2 folded The front with the buttons. The original acrilic was striped , therefore I had to make a acrilic the measure and necklace with superglue. As it goes to be how to make a retention for the block in acrilic. I have used the retention of cuplex evo to to serve of mold. Xarammmmmmmmmmm
I took off the settings for fan in the radiator The sandpapered radiator already, and prepered to be painted. The primed base already and with the cuts made for the connectors of the radiator . The 51/2 prepared do be primed. try glue the acrilic and the top with silicone. In the top i had to use superglue. The base painted. Painting the connectors and the base of the waterblocks. The grate fixed in the box. Trying to fix the fan with the radiator. The waterblock's finished. The radiator finished with net. New fan in the power supply. A view inside the box of the radiator fixed.
The new place for the hrad disk. Preview Make a puncting to put water in the system. I ordered to make vinis and had been excellent Area that doesnt be painted covered. cut for new fan made only lacks to rasp Same photos of pump done now I am stopped because the pump had an escape and have to close the escape.
Update: The powersupply done A peace of acrilic painted. the drive painted and the pump in place I had a leak so a have to to strengthen with cold weld. I had to do a new support to the pump. I has used a peace of acrilic, and do a punctures. Testing the pump
update: The support to the pump sandpapered, and the excess of cold weld removed. My work place, with cold weld. Some punctures covered with cold weld. All the excess of cold weld removed. I had used vinyl to cover the pump, thus see more perfect. Covering some punctures with silicone. Xarammmmmmmmmmmmm Testing everything in the case I had to cut some parts of the psu fan to dont touch in the motherboard components Same photos
