I'd cut a hole and strap a couple 120mm Deltas if I were you.

    Coolest... Power... Supply... Ever...

Haha i would strap some deltas to it if there was room. I'll see what i can do with it though. I am going to try and paint the PSU, get rid of the beige. Also might do the slimline drive if i can't find a cheap black one.

could you possibly use one picopsu to power the board and a second (rewired outputs) using the power on LED output of the board to switch a relay to run the gpu?

The gpu runs off of motherboard power. It does not use PCI power cables. So that wouldn't really achieve anything. And then factor in the 9300 chip onboard, the ram, the CPU and the mothebroard itself, and you are still pushing the limits of a pico psu.

CAD design for the left hand acrylic side. The text will be engraved, not cut. The rest of the black lines are cut, the green is reference for the aluminium frame

This is the right hand panel. Will be the only plain one

Here we have the top of the box. Fillport hole top right, radiator mounts in the middle.

That is it for now! Time for some hardcore CAD design on the back, front and bottom.

Just found this. And I can't help but look at my almost 24" deep silverstone.... Man, that's one tiny PC you got in the works. Definitely one to watch -closely-. (Might disappear if not :p)

Yeah, 2D Design was a good tool, although trying to make lines snap together accurately was a pain. In the end I just set my grid to 0.1mm and turned snap on. Worked like a charm.

    Thanks for the comments guys.

THanks thegovernator! Yeh the acrylic tests i did really put home how mini this thing is.

Tominated, yeh i love adium! It is so good! i have facebook on there too so i can chat to people who don't use msn.

MrJay: We have etching tanks too, they are alright but we could do with some new ones. I'll be making the PCB with them soon so you shall have some pics!

stuartwood89: 2D design is great. I personally try to work in nice round numbers like 1mm, 2.5mm, 5mm and 10mm for my snap/grid settings. Makes it nice and easy. If it is any less than that, i bring it down to 0.1mm and zoom in massively. Or i go and do the drawing in Illustrator and import it :)

I would like to introduce my newest sponsor, AC Ryan! They will be sponsoring me with some materials like Aluminium sheet and CCFL's and such things. Thanks Guys!
