This may well be down to the game it self not supporting SLI or CF, so there maybe a patch for the game later on.
I use quad 580s and each card in any game gives me a frame rate boost, not sure where you get your info, but in every bench and game quad certainly improves frame rates Sent from my HTC Sensation XE with Beats Audio Z715e using Tapatalk
Thats what people said when the 5xxx series launched. Wait a month and save money! Turns out buying on launch day was the cheapest you would pay for about another 6-9 months as short supply, high demand kept prices consistantly above RRP.
Well if you want a flat percentage 3dmark11 scores around 19k with tri and around 23k with quad So you are talking around 16-18% Games vary but I would say that is about right, maybe a little more, one thing that is does dramatically increase is your minimum framerate, especially at high res and high settings Of course you suffer diminishing returns and as you add more cards the DR becomes greater, but it all depends on what you are trying to achieve. I bought two HD 7970 and im using crossfire, I get bluescreen all the time. With a error code 0x00000016
Talk about getting screwed. Can't believe how bad both GPU companies are slacking off. To be honest there is no market for the FASTEST whatever out there. Understandable that the 7970 is performing terribly in the games at the moment as it's just been released, but to think how bad the dual GPU cards from nvid and amd are doing. Unbelieveable
