Are you building it using a pre-etched board or making your own?

Nice, i'll be watercooling a pair of EVGA 670's in a few months myself (already have 1). Buuuuuuuut....

Same, that's why i'm going with XSPC Razor blocks on mine, what EK were thinking with the new designs I dont know. I love my nickel/plexi Supreme HF (and Supreme LT and original Supreme before it), but it looks like i'll have to bin it off for a Raystorm... or mix and match block manufactures.:waah:

A set of good pincers, a magnifying glass and a very pointy soldering iron will probably see you through it just fine. If you haven't got a "Helping Hand" then I suggest buying one. It helps me immensely when soldering!

XSPC is nice, but way too expensive. My Heatkiller isn't a total beauty either (would have been better without the "copper" parts), but we talk about ~90e for EK/Aquacomputer/Heatkiller GTX670 block vs 110e for the XSPC block.

I have a few watch tweezers, a decent 8x loupe and a pair of helping hands, should be sorted then :)

I'm getting a board etched. Don't want to play with chemicals myself.

Very nice, had mine a month now. Massive improvement over my Desire HD. What phone have you come from?

HTC HD2 and before that a Galaxy Nexus.

Nexus broke and O2 wouldn't repair it due to 'water damage', and so was back to my severely borked HD2, and finally had enough of it, so bought the S3.

Took the plunge and bought a Razer Black Widow standard.

I quite like Razer peripherals, and as my old Tarantula was starting to show its age, I figured I'd grit my teeth and get a mechanical keyboard for the first time in years. The noise is as I remember, but I will force myself to get used to it as typing on it is something else entirely.

Picked up my CM9 today, figured there might be some who enjoy some pictures. New in box with all the warnings and owner manual off to the side. The little bits in the bottom left of the box are a trigger lock.

    And for size comparison:

Do they have no concealed carry restrictions in WA or did you just fancy a small gun regardless?

What's the trigger pull on that like? I like handguns but heavy DAO triggers make me rage, which is why you'll usually see me rangeside with a shotgun or rifle.

I just like the size, mainly the slimness which I failed to capture, it's under an inch wide.

The trigger is actually what sold me on it rather than similar guns like the LC9. The internet says it's about 6lbs weight and compared to my 7lbs grip exerciser it seems pretty similar, so nice and light for a DAO. It's also very consistent in weight through the pull, even if it's just a little long. I also have little love for heavy triggers and will likely pick up a full size DA/SA (For some reason the CZ 75 appeals to me...) in the future for range fun.

6lbs is totally manageable, I was thinking way higher.

    Enjoy your gun! :thumb:

Well done, health to enjoy! Now, enjoy the standard Apple software on it for a few days (maybe even a week) and then jailbreak that sucker :D I highly recommend Seasonpass :)
