Multi The World Of Tanks thread

would just be nice to have a relaxed game with someone else. Going solo gets a bit tiresome after a year, since I was previously always running in packs on xbox.

 

I'm also free for a few games now and then so just add me and send me some invites when you want to platoon.

I usually try to jump on World of Tanks on a Monday evening or every other weekend for a bit.
I'm not a particularly skilled tanker (fairly good at playing decoy though) so if you want to feel better about your skills in a tank then I'd be happy to have some company in battles.

Hi all.
I can actually play now! Left the PC on over night to finish the DL

Unfortunately my theory test is on Monday, so will my practising for that over the weekend.

 

Bad news for me.

Since update 9.7 was released I cannot play WOT @ native resolution in full screen on my dell 3008wfp

I've lodged a ticket, which has been replied to after running a plethora of tests, ultimately involving re-installing Windows 8.1, only for them to reply saying that it was a bug that they couldn't/wouldn't fix and that they may fix in a future update.

The problem occurs for me when I try to go to a resolution >1080p in full screen mode.
Anyone else seen this or know of a work around?

 

Have you tried going Windowed borderless mode?

No good

While the program itself works and removes the "frame" the game immediately jumps to 1024x768 within that window. Best I can achieve before the screen res changes is 2544x1521.

I've not long landed the T40 - love that ve-hi-cul!

 

I have played a lot of T40 in the past. It's heyday has passed but it still works ok.


menatime I have progress on the STUG missions again now up to HT-13 after being stuck on HT-7 forever) LT-15 awaits me rediscovering my skaut skills.

 

I finally done the STUG LT-15 mission yesterday , very easy to do with Bulldog


Looking forward to unlock T28 Concept, so far completed MT and HT missions, and only 2-3 missions left from LT and TD

 

Ht15 mission excellently plays on vk4502b. While I manage it on e100 vk is really god at it. On 10 tier ht no one shots heavy armored turret on is7 or smth. But on vk everyone tries to pen you at lower front armor which as thick as higher front armor. I didn't get stung - stuck on lt missions - I've managed to block+hit over 12k
