I really enjoyed Ready Player One (the book, let's not even admit there's a movie adaptation), but Ready Player Two ticked so many of the current-socio-political-climate boxes that I couldn't make it past page 50. Fingers crossed, you'll enjoy it! I'm sure there's a decent story in those pages somewhere!

 

I already used part of the unexpected windfall mentioned here to buy this:

Cancel the pixel if i was you while you can, i hate my 6 pro. cant wait to get rid

 

And for balance, I love my Pro 6, best phone I've had.

 

There seems to be an RTX 3080 for adidan missing off that list.

Must be a typo or something.

 

I have the pixel 6 non-pro and I also love it.

 

My only but massive gripe is the broadband chip is dog****. the phone has a really hard time getting a decent signal and i constantly lose all internet on it. the Wifi is crap too.

 

The WiFi I've found to be no better or worse than the 2XL I came from.
Mobile data reception is a shed load better though, in the rural town I live I could never even stream internet radio on the 2XL but the 6 Pro just gets on with it.

There's been a tonne of online reports of the slow fingerprint reader, and it is slower than I would like but it's no deal breaker, and its on par with a 3 & 5.

The all glass construction is a negative point for me, this is the first phone I've used a case on because of it.

Wireless charging is slow compared to other flagships, if that's important to you I would look elsewhere.

If it blew up in my pocket tommorrow it'd be replaced with another.

 

You can never have too many pockets.

 

I mean... if a phone blew up in my pocket then I'd be a lot more concerned with my leg than my pockets...!

 

I can second that. I came from a Nokia 7.2 which got its WiFi broken completely by the update to Android 10. I know exactly where I had issues with reception with the Nokia and I simply have better reception everywhere with the pixel.
And the WiFi is brilliant, especially when paired with a decent router. At home I have WiFi 6 for the superior stability it offers in crowded WiFi areas and I haven't had a single dropout with the pixel. Honestly, I have more issues with my work iPhone 12.

 

Depends which leg, I can hop if needs be, just s'long as it's my left leg I get to keep

 

I'm kinda precious about my third leg, but that might just be me...

They're 100% soft wood and nothing nasty, honestly I can't really tell the difference when cooking with ours.

 

Cheers, but I'm pretty sure with all the hipsters in Germany using those pizza ovens for their instagram stories, there's no shortage of pellets to be feared.
