not really, I am more or less waiting on the newest tech to come out. There is absolutely no sense in trying to build a high end gaming system when most everything out right now is on the verge of being replaced. Take my choice in graphics card for example, the Radeon X800 XT is now the current king.

well, i would start building the case again, ut seeing as how I am waiting for the next gen 64 bit goodies to arrive I don't know their mounting specs and sizes, etc, etc. I have some copper ready and waiting to go for making the chassis and am ordering the copper stock to make the psu block soon. its the last two or so weeks of school so i am busy finnishing up classes and will soon be taking finals so i am kind of busy right now. Once school starts winding down you guys will start to see the main parts of the chassis take shape.

Yeah, I was without a computer/internet for three weeks and my host decided it would be cool to nuke my acount.

This project isnt dead, I'm thinking of some ideas for it. I'm also saving for a dual opteron SFF board to chuck in there. After all, why settle for a P4 when dual opterons will do just fine. This system wa intended to not only be a challenge for me to cram everything into a small space, but also as my second attempt at SMP. True, the P4's HT tech isnt SMP, but it was as close as I thought I could get given my requirements. Now thanks to IWILL, I will have my dream system in a few months time.

I'm not sure the Iwill SFF mobo will fit in an o2 case. A normal SFF mobo is (250mm) commpared to a normal mATX (244mm) which barely fit, the Iwill looks even bigger...

Aww come on now Mashie, nothing a little well planne ou cuts and some body filler can't fix. I'll just extend the case in whichever direction I need by a few centimeters. Shouldn't even be a noticeable change unless you had another O2 case sitting next to it to compare it to.
