    Never heard of Nausicaa thingy. How old is it?

    Studio Ghibli is the like the equivilent of disney - family viewage but some have a bit of edge.

    1983 ish I think its an older one but animenfo seems to rate it well. Il report back when ive seen it :)

    Ghibli films are excellent. Nausicca is one of the best films I've seen, be it anime or not. I enjoyed it so much and the animation is excellent for the time. The story itself is typical of Ghibli - pure genius :blush: .

    ghibli films rox!

    i remeber as a tiny kid watching laputa on bbc in the eighties, just as good today as i remember it back from then!
    not got arround to seeing Nausicca yet, :p

    cant wait for the new one, Howls Moving Castle, thats based on a british book! yipee! :D

    That film was beautiful. I enjoyed it so much, even thought my mum came in half way through, looked at what was on the screen, looked at me and walked out :p .

    It pisses me off when people do that. They cant understand that you appreciate other stuff then what they stereotype you as. My housemates and family do it a lot and just fob off anything i say as something like "yea, im sure its great".

    Is FMA getting dark or what? Episode 40 just makes things even more troublesome. :eeek:
    Also the manga doesn't help because the course of events is slightly different I think...

    hell yea, firstly Al (seems like he let) the Fhurer (sp?) kill Martel :( then Rose was raped by the military :( and it seems like its gonna be all out war. :worried:

    Well i watched the last three episodes then watched the film and it make sense, what didnt you get bindi? maybe cause you spolied it for me beforehand by saying its set between two episodes earlier in the season. What more can you say about the last few eps and the film other than outstanding!

    Episode 41 of FMA is just incredible! Spoiler below.
    Scar is one tough character, i could never blow up my own arm!
    Also 42 is out at the same time, i'm going to leave it for a while so I can think about what happened in 41.
    To be honest i really want to see Scar make the philosophers stone but i didn't think he could do it now with just one hand.
