How in the hell did you not win anything? Seriously... Any contest you were in and didn't win the judges were dead wrong.

    Agreed...

I search using google to know what is this mod you were talking about. I found it, I were expecting something based on a case or something done for 0 to 100...

    I still being dissapointed!

So what ? This guy win and you don't? I don't say his casemod is crap, or something like that, but regarding to the work you give to this baby, then the final look, and many more others things : you should have win for sure.

No way a this project has won for the work given. Originality? Tss, ********...

All judges in there are fisherman or what? Next time put your hypercube into water, you'll win for sure.

But that just my two cents.

Yeah serisouly how do you not win??? That case is awesome I use it as one of my Rotational Desktops!! Well Regardless of what the judges say, I give it The GX Seal of approval (Not like it counts for anything but still :))

    MOD ON!!

    Hey Guys,

It wasnt my intention to provoke this kind of discussion about winning or not. For me it was allready a big achiefment to be at Cebit, and thats all that matters.

I understand you guys when you dont understand why aquapc has won, but in real it looks pretty awesome, and the idea is very original.

About the judges, well there werent any... It was a public voting , so everyone who visited the exhebition was able to vote for there 2 favourite casemods, and I have to say, the fish got alot of attention :)

I have to agree that when there should have been a professional jury, maybe the results would have been different.

The only thing I know: I have to make a new mod to be there again next year :), I had the time of my life

Yeah right, cebit is big, and so, I understand you've been glad to be there, who won't? I just can notice that public can't see the difficulty of made a case as you've done.

Maybe that's because people don't enough know casemodding. I guess for a folks who never see a casemod before, seeing a pc into water is very impressive...

So well, for me you win that stuff, you should present it to another competition, you'll win for sure :)

However, waiting for you next project, keep on modding.

Your totally right! The modding community is still relativley small but growing rapidly. Many of the other tech heads at CEBIT have no idea that such a community exists but having HYPERCUBE there will raise the profile. I have looked through both Project Logs and Hypercube is by far the best mod in my eyes. I still think that a mod has to be practical which this certainly is. I agree that if the design elements from start to finish were taken into consideration then the results would be different. Most are content with a case from thermaltake with a couple of CC's which is fine if thats your bag.

Fantastic work, cant wait to see your next worklog....any thing planned?
