CK: Losing money is a part of life, especially with buying and selling hardware. I think you should give your friend a fair deal. I'd go with deal number 2, buy him a smaller power supply and keep yours. Get him a better vga card though, the 7300 is a piece of crap. Everything else is ok I guess but it all seems really pricey. Knock down the price of everything you are selling him to 80ish percent of the price you paid just to be fair. Most of all, calm down.
