Okay, Paid for the PS2 should be here soon, its coming fed ex which aint to good, I don’t like up's either, they always through the packages to my door I paid 45$ total which I don’t think is bad at all... the m-itx wont fit in the PS2 housing, its been tested many times, and it wont do! if you get it in there, theres no room for hdd and cd/dvd

I've also been trying to squeeze a epia 800 board into a ps2 case... Just waiting for the funds to buy the small psu to fit inside before I do any more... I found that I had to cut a small section at out for the atx power cable. I will try to make it either hidden or a feature And the rear Good luck...And post as many pictures so that we dont have 2 that look the same!!!! its all good I enjoyed seeing it! Doh now im not alone HEHEH I have been thinking.... I am gonna try to do some cool things.. one I though of is to use a narked mem card and put a mem reader in it.. IE. Compact flash or MMC.. and maybe the other one could be a special made "key" that one one can use the computer with out it Ill try to make some drawings of what i want it to look like.. some leds lighting up the controller ports and mem ports where did you pick up that ps2? more later DeLorean5000
That's exactly what I thought. But then if there's 2 of us there's a good chance one of us will do a more complete job than the one on mini-itx.com Specs for mine... Epia 800, Modded Apple 4x slot dvd (You can just about see it in the pic). The old ps2 cd cover will allow a big enough slot for the disk. (I've put a blue led inside similar to zapwizzard's mod. The pics are around somewhere) 6.4 GB laptop harddrive Shuttle 200w psu - still to buy (its 43mmx150mmx80mm) Packard Bell IR reciever. Was going to put this at one of the memory slots...I like your idea for using a memory card.. I don't think i'll be able to squeeze one in. The keys a good idea too....Damn too late to change my plans Maybe use the usb slots at the bottom as well? I got my case for £10 at playstationchips.co.uk in southshields. I was after an xbox case but this jumped off the shelf into my hands..... Post your pics when you can. I'd like to see it take shape.

Agreed. I am planning to put an Epia M board in a PS2 case as well. To solve the IDE connector problem, moving them to the underside of the board and making up crossed pair IDE cables should do the trick This Link may help you.
