    £2200 and 20FPS in 4K...what a complete rip.
Rather SLI 2 GTX 1070s with a bog standard quad core and probably double that.
Imagine your surprise plugging it into your nice new 4K TV, knowing nothing about PCs and then seeing a slide show.
You would be confused and a bit angry I reckon.

And no dust filters with the old chestnut of a workaround 'easy to remove side panels'

That's the first pre-built system in a long time that I actually like. I mean, I wouldn't actually buy it but it does look the part.

So many ways to handle that, and yet you chose to be a d!ck about it. Well done.

Looks great, but can build something faster, quieter, and easier to maintain for less. My own M1 system for example.

Exceptional, I think not. Exceptional build quality perhaps, but 1080 performance for £2200 with all the other caveats. No way.

TBH the sort of audience this is aimed at there should be a 1080ti in there. Or at least the option.

I've bought pre made in the past and would again, so long as it offered the spec I was after.

Indeed and by dropping the 7700k in favour of a 7600k putting in a 1080ti instead of the 1080 it wouldn't even move the price by much.

If you read the copy, the reviewer does say that the Ti is an option, for another £300 approx.

To agree with what David says above, this is the first prebuilt I'd even consider, since buying an Acorn RiscPC over 20 years ago

Too expensive, performance not good enough, likely to be a bugger to keep that interior clean and nowhere to put my Asus Xonar Essence STX...

Ian - I had already read the review for this on several sites so I did not read it in full on here. The 1080Ti option must be new, because when Linus and OC3D had it it was not an option so it seems Corsair corrected that before BT got their hands on it :)

With something like this it's difficult to justify calling it too expensive. It's a niche item, name your price, what some one is willing to pay etc etc.

The only other company I know of right now making tiny rigs like this is Falcon NW and theirs would make your eyes water (the Tiki).

For what it is I don't think the price is bad by any means. Knocking up rigs from parts and then comparing is equally invalid, IMO. Problem is when you do that you are not creating an exact replica, just something similar.

..........and queue comments on price and how it could be built cheaper.

Somebody on the market for a pre-built system doesn't care if you can make it cheaper. They want something that works out the box.

It's a nice technical achievement. Unlike the 'Coke Can' Mac Pro I don't immediately look at it and thing 'that's going to cook itself'.

Would I buy one? probably not, but i'm probably not the intended audience of it.

Yeah, I'm not going to buy one, but it's nice to see an off-the-shelf SFF PC like this anyway.

I know a good handle of console gamers with no PC building or hardware knowledge but this running Windows whatever and Steam they've got a gaming machine they want. and some would pay silly money.

The intended audience i.e. people with no clue about PC's and components.
Loads Deus Ex, settings to max on their new shiny 4K TV.
    Why is it juddering?
    Takes back to retailer.
    Confusion on all sides.

Looks nice. Wouldn't buy one; I love my Fractal Design cases too much. Although The Bitfenix Prodigy is still the case I want for a mini-ITX system...

I would like to see those rads sold seperately. I know they aren't the biggest but I can think of a few builds where such slim rads would be a godsend.

Checked the Corsair page last night, 1080Ti is still not an option BTW.

Silverstone already do rads just like them :)
