Teased my memory down to cas2 and.... 15082 370/320 again, 512mb @ 2-3-3-11 No change to my place on the chart, but well chuffed to get over 15k. Now where's that softmod driver...
Just a quick spin on the ti4200 in a not-so-fast system . I'll have to move it to my Barton rig for some real fun 12389 Gainward ti4200 GS @ 324/607 1800+ Tbred-B @ 2005mhz, 12*167 256mb Samsung 3200 2.5-3-3-7 http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=8296890 Im pretty pleased with this card so far. The memory has clocked pretty well considering its 4ms TSOP (444mhz stock) with nothing but a fan blowing over them.
Couple of new 9800pro scores from a nice sesh today... Stuck the card in me housemates barton rig for a bit, managed 19.8k, just short of the magic 20k mark.... Damn thing wouldnt run clean @ 2.6ghz, wouldda been 20+ for sure http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=8297354 The other runs on this pc had a speed variation error for some reason (will run again tomorrow) but creeping up on 19k... clicketh!
Really didnt think this would be possible with a lowly athlon t/bred... however finally broken into the 20k range http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=8299364
Well on the system in my sig I scored an unremarkable: 22000. Seems a bit low all things considered. Mind you I had been playing UT2k4 for 2 hrs and had the following running: AVP screensaver Trend Internet Security Wireless Config Software (belkin) Logitech Setpoint I know I have a bad Mobo (poor sample), and my memory's abit crap. But I still think it's a bit low (would have expected 25k at least)
I OC'ed the 9600 Pro to 483/333 and got 11700 with ATItool, that's not bad, but I'm sure I can get more from it from what I've seen. Would better cooling get higher clocks?
http://ggg.dyn.ee/~hmekk/desktoppics/3d marks.jpg AMD Athlon 64 3400+ (newcastle) MSI K8T Neo ( K8T800 pro ) 256 mb ddram kingston 400 Hz Club 3D nVidia GeForce 6600GT damit i want more points how can i clock my gpu
You should be getting more than that with that system. Although mine is overclocked alot (see sig), you shouldnt be getting only 1500 odd points more... Overclock with RivaTuner (should be ok but dont know much about OCing nvidias), but shut down any unecessary programs (antivirus etc) and try it again
Just downloaded and installed 3dmark01SE for the first time . Comparitively, I'm impressed with how my 9800Pro AIW did, simply because it's an AIW and not a full-blown 9800Pro. Ah well, here: And, here: http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=8323814
Hy i am new user in this forum and i look thats scoors there... Please add me there.. my scoor with 9600pro in 3dmark 2001 is 15391 screenshot: http://www.zone.ee/margusss/3dmargid/15391.JPG?2 AMD 2500+ @ 11x215 corsair 2-2-2-11 @ 430mhz epox 8rda+ club 3d 9600pro 400/600 @ 550/740 with v-mod 1,5v thanks
No difference between the 9800PRO AIW and the 9800PRO. Both the same card EXCEPT the AIW has the tv chip. Both cards should bench the same in the same system. The only REAL difference is that the standard PRO may clock slightly higher due to the extra heat being generated by the AIW chips on the AIW card. Better cooling will sort this out. I had a 9800SE AIW that scored over 20000 with an Xp2400+ @ 2.4GHz. The SE was modded to the PRO AIW, so REALLY your sys should be scoring better with that A64 CPU. LINKY Flymo
