What mma training? My friend does MMA and hopes to be an MMA fighter, he currently does Kyokushinkai karate, and is a Knock-Down fighter. He also does BJJ, Judo, Roman Wrestling and Rope Style Thai Fighting (Ong Bak style). He is also going to Japan next year to do Akido police riot training thanks to a friend in the Japanese police force.
