Hardware AMD 770X Motherboard Duel

Please, if i were to choose one of these two MB: Abit AX78 and MSI K9A2 CF which would you reccomend? I have an AMD X2 5200+ Windsor F2, and no intention of buying a Phenom, and i want to buy a good aftermarket cooler to put on the cpu. Which MB do you think would give me a higher OC for my cpu, and which would you reccomend overall, for gaming purposes, but taking into consideration that i will not use CF on it, only 1 ati 4850.
