    I'm not surprised at the great performance, but it'd be quite a trade off living with that hella fugly front panel.

    "Pure Base 500DX could certainly not be more unlike the Pure Base 500."

    Could I suggest rephrasing this. As a sentence it does not flow easily. Moreover, it's objectively inaccurate since the DX frame represents a minimal retooling of the 500, so it could certainly be more unlike it.
