OK, Aria boys have provided their list of maps, i mixed and matched them a bit to produce the final map list: Seine Crossing and Bazaar are wanted by both, so it will go 1st and 3rd to make sure it definitely get a play.

They have picked the ones they feel they are best at. I think we as a team are good on all maps! And for the most part we will have a fight on our hands but Im looking forward to taking tags and kicking ass!

 

Well i cant wait will be nice to be playing with a reason to do well got Sunday off and the gf on standby with drinks/snacks!!!!!

 

I got permission to be online Sunday lol usually with her all weekend!

 

At the moment it's looking doubtful that I will be able to get playing, currently I've downloaded this 3.9GB patch a good 5 times without success.

With my slow internet it takes a good 20 hours to download, and then with Origin if the internet cuts out for just a moment then I get an "error launching game" message and it has to restart the download from the beginning. It's a ridiculous system and many people have complained about it on the EA forums so I'm not the only one. God I wish I could download this from a mirror or even... Steam.

 

Well it's a good thing that the second match doesn't have Operation Firestorm - I'm absolutely cr*p at it. Hehe, time for some recon class in Seine Crossing!

Wyx, have to pull out myself I'm afraid. combination of ping too high + my visits to CPC showing a different spirit to what's being discussed

fair enough, a few people are complaining about the ping also, not sure what's up with that. you could try adjusting the new network slider.

although may i ask what spirit were you expecting? what's different about it? i feel everyone is in it for a laugh, no one's taking it really seriously as far as i can tell. but there's a lot of teamwork going on, so it's great as a team based pass time game.

 

Not long left now till we sort the men from the boys, but we have to remember Italy just a game!

 

Looks good to me.. not really bothered which maps we play so it's nice to see a pure mix.

Managed to get my service star for assault in time. Now I got them all, so there's no role I can't fulfil!

 

I just hope ppl will be using the JAVELIN as i will be recon with the SOFLAM
