I've dropped Si a note - he's back today so I've told him to check in and sort out a time for a game tomorrow night if that's of any use? Tom can do the same as well if that's also convenient, otherwise might be able to do Sat morning, but Si would need to confirm... There was indeed a mention of that somewhere...! That might be the answer to any newer teams, give them a chance to skill-up before facing the juggernauts.

1-0 to me. Turns out Hobbits are slippery little c****, they were surprisingly resistant to being dismembered. It didn't help them actually get the ball into my half, thank goodness. Also, WTF with the mechanic that takes ALL my team's re-rolls and gives it to them + 3 extras? What's fair about one team having 0 re-rolls when the other one has 9!? Whoever dreamed that one up needs a slap.

I haven't laughed so much this early since I caught myself in the mirror the other morning! Or was that crying? Rather than a small child that you could bully this time? Tuned in last night - that was a tidy little tear-up. The screams were real at this end, but that was more the fact that the most junior spectator absolutely did not want to go to bed. Again. I did like the surprise novelty lightning bolt towards the end - need to get me one of those humdingers... Two matches this end being played on Sunday ~1430ish. Probably one after the other. Expect blood and matted fur.
