I can assure you that Talegunner did not stop posting because he lost MoM. I can also assure you that he's not posting because he's to busy for us. It is most likely his health. The only thing we can do is wish him the best. He really shouldnt be working in the shop with his condition so if everyone could like, not push him for updates that would be great. We dont want him to get all antsy and try to work with his equipent merely because we want updates. Agreed? So give him best wishes and that be it,... thanks.

just to clarify what I ment... he could be recovering from surgery or visiting some far away doctor that specializes in his condition, for all we know.

    Well said Tribal. *agrees*

Hi everyone. I know its been quite a while since I've posted and for that I appologize. I have not gotten this problem under control and I cannot use my equipment safely until I do. I hope that soon I will be able to return to my love of wood working but for right now I have to consentrate on my health. Hope to be back soon... TG

Hope you get better, and I'm glad to see your priorities are in order. Health is more important than a PC. Even a beautiful one at that.

Yay! You're OK! (well... ok at least.)
Hope you get well soon. I also hope you didn't take my post wrong. It's just I'd rather think people were dejected, not sick!

Well believe it or not I worked on this project today. I started off working on my compound miter saw putting an aftermarket laser to aid accuracy and then had time to work on my case. I will post pictures later as its 9:34 pm and I’m sweaty and stinky and tired (mostly tired). But I made plugs to cover the old location of the hinges because I was having some issues with them. After plugging the holes I redrilled the hinges and now I’m satisfied with the results. I put the door back on and tested it and all is good. Thanks to everyone that was concerned about my health. I'm doing great and back to 85% of my old self.

    WOW!
It's really a pleasure looking up the forums here and finding this.
I've just read the entire worklog. Fantastic work! Accurate, well
planned and executed, I must also compliment you on the simple
and elegant design with just enough ornamentation to keep it
interesting but not enough to make it garish.
Hope you're back to 100percent soon. :thumb:
