I wonder if it'll get mentioned by Jezza and Co on Sunday night?

Having seen the cars in question now I have one thing to say:

"Anyone who paints a car that colour (without gulf stripes) doesn't deserve such a fine automobile"

 

That's not Gulf blue though.

Personally I'd brick myself if I thought a traffic warden had been anywhere near a CCXR/LP670-SV with a freaking clamp. Not cool.

Treat for pedestrians though.

 

Must be my advancing age. That or a shitty work monitor...

 

I recently heard a story of a friends' friend of mine kicking off a clamp from his old banger on a trip to Eastern Europe... Ofcourse not something I'd recommend trying, and even less if the car costs £350 000 Hilarious.

And yeah the color seems nasty.

 

They are both owned by the Qatari royal family (owners of Harrods) and the colour is of the royal familys 'Baby Blue'. Apparently they have wasted painted dozens of beautiful cars that awful colour.

 

It's actually pretty close to the color of your signature. Go figure :>

 

I quite like that colour. Besides, it's a hypercar, it's supposed to be a hideous shade!

I actually like the colour tbh. Footballers cars are MUCH worse imo.

You'd have to be quite brave clamping those though, could you imagine if you scratched either you'd probably be executed!

I absolutely love that colour..

 

It's a pretty cool color... it stands out like dogs balls, it just screams out:
"HEY EVERYONE, LOOK AT ME, BECAUSE I AM F__ING AWESOME"
and then it says:
"WHAT WAS THAT? I'M SORRY, I COULDN'T HEAR YOU OVER THE SOUND OF HOW F__ING AWESOME I AM"​

 

It's a shouty colour, yes... But couldn't they have used Lime green? Orange? I also know that those colours are all more "pedestrian", but IMHO, the blue is almost as bad as pink. Especially THAT blue.
It does shout very loudly, though

Urrggghh. I can see that's is definatly not Gulf Blue now. 'Tis horrid.

 

it does set of the colour of the clamps quite nicely. and by nicely I mean eye vomitingly

 

The clamps do contrast with the blue pretty well, but if I was the parking sheriff, i'd probably do something like this:
