ARMA II is based on a simulation game whereas BC2 or any BF game for that matter are aimed at the action/arcade scene, so anything in that respect will be tame compared to an ARMA title. The ARMA Series will always be as accurate as it gets, back when Operation Flashpoint (the original was/is)
