CPU Comparing low-end notebook processors

    I'm getting confused. there are so many different low-end Notebook processors i can't keep them apart anymore.

    Can someone tell me the difference between a:
    • Pentium
    • Pentium Silver
    • Pentium Gold

    I suspect some are older and some newer...errrr help?

    IIRC:

    Pentium -> Kaby lake and older
    Silver -> Gemini Lake ULV embedded [glorified atom] options
    Gold -> Cut-down Coffee Lake
