    Yes and no.

When a file is deleted under Windows the data isn't really erased; the sectors that it consumed are just marked as 'free space' and available for new data.
What this means is that sometimes the data can be recovered by software that can read the raw data from the disk.
However, if new data get written to the sectors where your deleted data were, then the old stuff gets overwritten.

If you want to have any chance of recovering your files you need to stop using the drive immediately (especially no installations or large copy operations etc) until you get your hands on an app to do the job.

I used EaseUS Data Recovery in the past to recover files from a drive with a messed-up partition table, but the free version is limited in various ways.
There might be some free alternatives out there, or maybe an open-source tool.

Depending on how you configured Windows, for this feature, and if you haven't, it will depend on where the Video files was. You can go back in time, and recover it.

To do so, simply right-click on the folder where you had your video folder, OR if that folder was deleted, simply right-click on the folder where the video folder used to be, and select "Properties".
Now go to the "Previous Version" tab, wait a moment for the list to populate. Once done, select a previous version and click on "Restore". Or click on "Open", to view it.
