    farcry 2 would have been so much more awesome if they released mod tools so that players could fix up the game. such a waste really as i really liked the setting and themes.

    Gameplay footage and if they have the same stupid checkpoints and travel distances as in FC2 it will be poor.

    Plus needs more animals to shoot- FC2 was missing alot.

    I loved FC2 but that's because I managed to pick it up for £2 or £3.

    My enjoyment of a game is often linked to its price because I'm a tight git. :)

    just saw the gamplay trailer, a mark in the right direction for console fps but still light years behind a proper fps.

    - movement looks slow and cumbersome with added lightning reflexes for action movements such as reloading and rappelling really break immersion.
    - snap to cover system (thanks crysis 2 you shits)
    - YOU SHOT A MAN, HERE HAVE POINTS!
    - yay for screen prompts and action set pieces (press x to perform a jumping takedown)

    colour me unimpressed

    Looks like a cross between Far Cry 1 and Crysis 2 to me with the Far Cry setting but the Crysis 2 gameplay with all the scripted action sequences and button prompts.

    looks pretty sweet to me apart from the graphics, hopefully should look pretty good on the PC

    I've been umming and arring over it. I think Dishonored is my next purchase instead. But I really fancied a open world run about. Maybe I'll just replay crysis instead.

    The reviews are funny. Unbelievable plot. Playable protagonist is a dick. Nemesis you'd rather be. Gets fun. Zac is still a dick.

    Excellent game and I would definitely say get it first and wait till Far Cry 3 is a fiver before buying it.
