    Ham, salami, sweet pepper, blue cheese..

    Depending on the day and place also pineapple, onion, tuna, bacon, minced meat. Just about anything, really, as long as there are no shrimps (or other sea creatures) or mushrooms.

    hmmmm, usually either

    An everything pie (no anchovies)
    -cheese
    -Peppers
    -Onion
    -Olives
    -pepperoni
    -sausage
    -meatballs

    or....

    mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes with cracked pepper

    or....

    cheese, pepperoni and roasted red peppers with raw onion and hot sauce

    bbq base, pepperoni, spicy beef, bacon, chickin tikka, meatballs.

    fit for a king about to suffer a heart attack.

    1: BBQ sauce, chicken chucks, bacon, extra cheese

    Or this
    2: Mushroom, onion, extra cheese (classic pizza)

    Man... anything really.
    Seafood is mostly a no-go, and poultry on Pizza is just too "dry" for me.

    But the rest sounds good.
    I've even had and enjoyed bolognaise on Pizza.

    I think you missed a few options. My local pizza delivery shops like to prove they are truly multi-cultural by combining flavours:

    chicken tikka marsala pizza
    donner meat pizza
    etc.

    OK - I have to admit that while I have enjoyed spinach and feta on pizza, Salad on pizza is a bit strange to me.

    could I forget, Buffalo Chicken with ranch dressing (and unfortunately usually celery because I always forget to tell them to leave it off.....)
