Windows FPS limit in XP/Half Life?

    hehe, sorry I guess you guys have high standards :D (Or I just have low standards), and I have a pathetic 14" which is years years old... (hang on thats no excuse.. blegh)

    But I honestly can say i don't notice the difference between 50 fps and 100+. Maybe its my pathetic refresh rate/monitor..
