That patch just made my day. Pretty much everything I'd hoped would get fixed, is.

Aha! Not touched SP yet at all.

 

They could always put miniguns on the humvees like the American SF do in Iraq/Afghanistan etc.

 

Despite being a minigun nut, I wouldn't be in favour of mounted miniguns on vehicles (The LAV-AD is enough for that), but I would like to see more static weapons, not just TOW launchers.

The TOW launched missiles need to travel alot faster than they do and having some .50 cal static guns would be useful, like M2 and KORD.

 

Scratch the humvee (starts at 2min).

 

I don't care if people think it's cheap, I use what's effective for that situation. Why disadvantage yourself when you don't have to?

 

Its a game. Blame EA/DICE not me, we are all still beta testing the damn thing. I can't say im enjoying most of it compared to BC2 the imbalances and crashes just want to make me switch off.

Are you guys still using the CPC server? noticed its been empty almost every night this week. So where you all playing?

 

i noticed the server is always empty too. Im usually on the Ziip servers as they are awesome

would be nice to see more cpc players on our server.

 

I could mention honour, but that would sound ridiculous My point is that that tactic is just so easy and so widely used that boasting about it has no purpose. Just as thefriscokid's video shows a minigun (literally) shooting fish in a barrel, the same applies to the corridors of Metro when you play like that.

 

it's the stupid 4p start thing. just join the server and more people will follow.

 

Heh, just noticed that i have a nice TIME/KIT ratio . But it is a bit lying, as the Recon score is only 870+MAV score .

 

Anyone else had the bug where the commo rose suddenly starts flashing on and off? Happened to me a couple of times now and the only way to stop it is log off

 

Check you don't have any conflicting key mappings with any other controllers installed (e.g. joystick). I found one that would cause my weapon to constantly fire after using a joystick in an aircraft - it would turn off by moving the throttle on the joystick.

So I decide, in my delerium, to join the CPC/BT server for a light game. All is going well, when I am told, in no uncertain terms, not to use AA on infantry...

Well, I'm slightly shocked, but what the hey. It's an admin, and he clearly has a chip on his shoulder, so I'll adhere to the rules, but when other people wearing the CPC tag are sat in mobile AA mowing people down, it seems that rule isn't in effect. Was it because I wear my ZiiP tags? Or because people just got pissed off that they couldn't figure out not to stand out in the open?

 

The last time I was on there was a server message saying no strafing.
Who is making up these rules and why haven't we been told?
