220 Kills for the Glock18 so far. Fantastic backup weapon to have in emergencies. Switch it to single-shot and it's nicely accurate up to 100m! Managed to cap 2 people last night on Sharqi Peninsula from the top of the TV Station to Construction yard with it (primary weapon was the jackhammer)

 

Mp443 Supressed is a beast of a weapon for Recon, saved me so many times...

See I've tried that and it's never worked. Mind you I think each time they've been placed on a tank, does it make a difference if they're on a vehicle or on the ground?

Mind you, they may have been destroyed by that point.

 

As long as the tank hasnt be blown up or they have destroyed the c4 they will stick around!!

I'd given up after it didn't work for me the first few times so perhaps I missed out on a host of kills.

 

No worries, I have become a Support guy, using PKP waaay too much and C4ing tanks whenever I can xD

 

Not done support for a while, been swapping between engineer and recon.

I did have fun with jihad jeeps driving around like a nutter for half the round. I did have more fun slapping 3 on a tank, resupplying and slapping 3 more on the tank next to it and wiping them both out at once though.

May have to give the C4 a go again.

Jeez, there's a few things I have to do. Hardly done any assault, never used the EOD Bot, still got air specialisations to get and had about 5 minutes on Karkand.

So much to do.

As for pistol kills I have:
725 MP443 suppressed
430 G18 suppressed
137 M9 suppressed
106 M1911 suppressed
105 .44 scoped
100 .44 vanilla

As is stands right now I have 1706 handgun kills.

I don't like the 93r, the G18 is better in every single way IMO. The G17C seems like the poor mans MP443. The REX is just a POS. And anything with a tac light makes you like men in a completely sexual way

guys... played on a Large CQ server tonight with a custom player count of 20vs20... AWESOME.

the extra 4 on each side add a hell of a lot more to it as you;ve essentially got an extra squad on each time (and when the server is down a couple of people, as is often the case, you've still got at least 17/18 per team) Could be an idea for the server...

 

That is most impressive for pistols. I guess if I ever play against you on a server I will make sure to snipe you from long range.

 

Good fuin on CPC tonight guys. I'm still stuck as to which pistol to use. Not really tried the magnum, but it's a level 36 unlock.

Does anyone else find they fight better with burst fire on? I nearly always switch straight to burst fire now....

When I have some spare time I hop on the 1000 or 3000 ticket 64 player conquest servers. Much fun.

The only problem with the 3000 ticket one is that towards the end of say Caspian Border the entire area has been destroyed so there's not really any cover.

Mind you playing on 64 player servers may explain why I have yet to get a Nemesis award.

I have all my weapons on full auto and control the bursts myself, I prefer the control. Manual short bursts to retain accuracy but you're not caught out if you need to let rip on someone who jumps out in front of your face.

 

Now that I have all the unlocks for all the guns, it's time to get all the master dog tags for them. As per usually I'm starting with assault, 5 done (M16, M416, G3A3, F2000 and FAMAS) and 5 still to do (HK2002, AEK, AK74, AN-94 and the L85).



Then it's on to the next class, but I'll probably skip the semi-auto snipers.

 

Got banned from a server yesterday and no reason was given :/. Can you be banned for shooting down MAV's? I was 13 - 1 when I got banned, but that surely can't be the reason as players achieve much better than that all the time.

 

Admins on crappy servers will kick or ban you if you play too well, or swear too much.

 

Never really understood the swearing rule on servers tbh, given that stuff like

gets shouted out by the soldiers on a regular basis.

 

It is rather stupid that people kick or ban someone for petty reasons like a good KDR. I'd often go 30:1 on Noshahr Canals if I get my hands on the Tunguska and similarly so do other good, competent users of it so I never bat an eyelid at their KDR.
We do kick for swearing on ours. A few warnings go out about it first though. Just because the game has language, doesn't mean we accept it in the CB as it's usually just flaming directed at other players and we don't tolerate it. This even includes the term "noob" which I personally despise.
If we ever get people where there is something funny going on, we'd often get one of our members to join their squad and observe them, PB screenshots, the usual routine, then kick/ban if required.

I have seen some of ours get kicked off servers for no better reason other than killing what must have been an admin who was sniping or some other such peurile reason. Stupid behaviour, but it is their server.

 

PB screenshots doesn't work for me, just get a blank image with a few writing on the boarder
