Grimsby Telegraph site broken?

Haven't got a clue what's up with this one, if it's a mock-up of a site with no real sections or if it's just badly designed, but this link:

links to the main page, when it should go to an article. The same thing happens with any google'd article link, and all of the section links and search functions within the site just refresh to the main page as well.

Wtf?
