    question what size diameter would i need 3mm or 2mm ?

    Are those your only options?

    I measured a left-over piece of the stuff I used:

    Looks closer to 4 mm. to me.

    The inner diameter is hard to measure, but it's somewhere between 2 and 3 mm. - maybe closer to 3 mm., I'd say.

    Just got my white and red paracord in, now I just need to wait on my heatshrink, pin remover, replacement pins, and crimper :D

    curiou nutman how long did it take you to sleeve the whole psu >< i done one atx cable it took me long enough i have some slight issues with it =P will upload pictures later.

    Well, the entire PSU took 3-4 evenings, so approximately 10-15 hours - primarily due to those annoying split cables, where the easiest solution really is to cut the wire, pull the sleeving onto the wire, re-solder, heatshrink over the solder joint and then carry on about making the sleeving sit where you want it - tedious ****, but I guess the manufacturers do it like that to save some money....
