Yeah, this is almost certainly a one-time build. There are more bags of pieces in this set than actual pieces in some sets: 65.

Laid out, they occupy most of a 4x7' rug.

The wife got me the original Death Star set for Valentine's Day this year. I still haven't finished it...
Probably didn't help that as it was second hand, I had to sort it all to check it was all there first...

I was wondering how many bags of pieces you'd get for a 7,500-piece set!

Never done a kit that took more than a few light hours, would love to be able to afford to jump into something crazy like this. 25 hours of relaxed building sounds like heaven to me.

You should have bagged that fresh unboxing smell, I think there's a market for it.

Ordered an Xbox One X. Very were doing 20% discount for new customers opening an account so £363 delivered. Not too shabby.

And many books (signed first editions as well as reading copies) and comics. Also, 5 days in Berlin to see pandas in the zoo.

I am so used to pre-ordering books and comics that by now it actually feels weird to receive stuff I order within the same week.I currently have 18 items on pre-order on Amazon, multiple books from multiple other sites, the Quake stuff, headphones from Massdrop, ... yeah, I think that's it.

A box posted from Geneva was delivered today. Having pre-ordered a watch 4 months ago, this was exciting.

    Imagine my disappointment...

I clearly knew something wasn't quite right when I picked up the box and it weighed nothing. Two replacement EU plug adaptors following an nVidia recall on the included ones with the Shield TV and Shield Tablet.

    Oh well.

    - the shots as they are pathetic. I have ordered 100ml of 72mg to make 16 or so mixed :)

Made a new batch and had to use the shots over the weekend. Not only were they a pain in the *** to make but they also seemed a little off based on what they buyer described (I don't personally use them so have no idea). Looks like i may have to look for more of the 72mg in the UK without being a business.
