The M86 is the same TV as the M87 except that the M87 has a silver strip along the bottom which is black on the M86.

The M86 was created so the Dixons Group can have their own exclusive model and I guess so you cant price match with another store like John Lewis etc because the model number is one number different.

Apart from the model number and the colour of the plastic strip along the bottom of the TV, there is no difference at all. The exterior and interior is the same.

I got a 46" M86 from Dixons which broke and got a refund and bought a 46" M87 from play.com 3 months later when it dropped in price of £300

I got the cheapest set so I could use them with Prime, the 120's which are ~£10 more come from somewhere else.

I'm really impressed with them actually. Cancel out the noise very well, nice a clear if you tune them right. They work in the garden and right across the other side of the house too. Only problem is the 2xAAA's in the headset.

Went to Birmingham to see Nightwish live. Well... I say "see"....... my view was restricted by some idiot who was either trying to mosh or take photos of the gig for his girlfriend, so I got these odd little snippets of what was happening on stage. The music was brilliant though! Also the support band were good - PAiN were brilliant - heavier live than on their record, which was a pleasant surprise....

She's no Tarja, but Anette handled the Tarja-era songs well. Wishmaster, Nemo, and Wish I Had An Angel were positively ripped through at breakneck speed, and sounded so much nicer without the operatic warblings that I associate with Tarja. Thats not to say I don't like the originals, but I prefer them sung by Anette.

Anyway you can get surface mount LEDs the smallest LEDs I have used were IIRC 0804 so 2.0 mm × 1.25 mm, coupled with a 0603 resistor which is 1.6 mm × 0.8 mm. Although without proper equipment they are easy to kill, so be careful.

Can you not just get a copy of Vista x64 and use the same license key? Dell may be able to sell you an appropriate disk.

 

Don't know, will send an e-mail asking. I have an OEM version from my desktop, I will have to try using that at some point.
