Topware games 50% off on GOG.

Yet again i have to recommend Earth 2150 (and 2160), these games stand out even from today's competition (if you can forgive 2160's horrendous voice acting)

GMG have been having a good selection of games on sale with Steam activations lately, luckily I already have Civ 5 so no need to buy that one myself.

Also anyone who doesn't already have VtM Bloodlines should definitely buy it if they like action/rpg hybrids with a dark & supernatural theme. It easily claims a spot near the top of the list for good quality games under that category.
Such a shame the servers for VtM Redemption were taken offline, running stories on those were the most fun days of my online gaming life. :\

Darn - you beat me to it ;) but forgot the link. :p

Many of these titles required online activation (and still do, thanks to Topware/Zuxxez not patching it out) so this is a great chance to get hassle-free versions at a good price.

Two Worlds and Dream Pinball 3D are the titles I've spent most time with - there looks to be a good mix of RPG, adventure, arcade and strategy in that collection.

Already got Two Worlds on disc (albeit not the Epic Edition), but I just might get it again on GOG. Enclave sounds promising as well.

Yeah, that's what i did with Earth 2160. My Steam version still had the stupid activation on each install so i picked it up on gog aswell.

I am remembering wrong or did Two Worlds (1&2) get slated for being...well, crud? Or am I missing a really good RPG?

Haven't played the second one, but the first one is quite fun. It's not the best RPG out there, but it's a great deal better than most. And it's easily worth the asking price ($4.99) on GOG right now. At least in my opinion.

FWIW I think the Epic Edition only adds to multiplayer (for which you need to contact GOG support to get a serial number), not to single player.

I'd agree with you that TW is good but not great. You have a massive gameworld with lots of exploring to do, dozens of quests, phat lewt aplenty but they just don't come together as well as the best RPGs. The main menu background music is especially good though (AmberMoon).

Dunno if anyone else had noticed but the Humble Indie bundle has added a couple of things: Steel Storm & Minecraft for free until 14th August.

Just so no one misunderstands, you can play minecraft for free until the 14th if you buy. It's not that the offer is only available 'till the 14th.

Hehe, thanks Irondoc. I've just re-read my post and it is rather misleading. To clarify 100%:

Steel Storm has been added to the bundle (including anyone who had already bought) and, if you do buy, you get to play Minecraft for free for the next 12 days - until 1th August.

I really enjoyed Limbo but some of the puzzles had me scratching my head.

Anyone played naval warfare? It's £2.49 on steam (75% off) I saw a trailer and it looked liked fun. It like an 80's side scroller, not a naval sim!
