Lenovo keyboards (and other spares in general) sell well on eBay. I don't think I have my spare ANSI Lenovo keyboard any more though Shirts :(

I can't help but be impressed by Ivan's encyclopaedic keyboard knowledge.

Heheh. I have done a lot of study on language layouts while I was trying to come up with some keycap packages that covered as much as possible for 'sane' price... sadly there still not enough people for it. Also it's one of my collector interests. I currently have Cherry keyboards/keycap sets in US, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Polish, Russian, Japanese. I've also had some others like GB and Swiss that I ended up selling to people that actually use them were having hard time to find it.

The Massdrop caps have hit lowest price, which works at at approx £16.32 shipped.

In other news the Tai Hao GB has been put back a month.

I had a pristine spare new-in-box Lenovo thinkpad keyboard from my old T61. If I had it kicking about still, I would have fired it your way!

Stayed up last night to finish her off:

The photos are even more horrific than my normal offerings because it was 2:30 in the morning, but you get the gist.

I'm thinking of offering it to Bit-techers a bit like longweight did with his HHKB, as a switch tryout board. I've wrapped it in white vinyl to keep it "safe".

    Thoughts?

Is the very top left LED dark grey? It's letting the side down a bit :p

You can't make that LED stay on on that board - it sort of flashes in various different ways if you are programming macros.

Nice board shirts glad the switches arrived :)

Schoolboy error of the month goes to...... ME!

I completed the ANSI mod of my 6Gv2 and it looks great. However, in my haste to finish it off today, forgot that the stabilisers on plate mounts push in from underneath the plate. Would have been useful to remember that before I soldered in 104 switches! :duh:

    :hehe::hehe::hehe::lol::lol::lol:

    Oh, I could cry.

hehe, I hate this. I've done it on more than one occasion. I also built an ergodox once all the way up minus the switches only to realise I had in my haste put all the through hole stuff on the wrong side of the pcb - same side as all the smd stuff. So then I had to unsolder it all again and rebuild it.

By relegendable covers do you mean the see through plastic bits? If so then I may do - I came across a bag of (possibly) them in my dining room the other day (as you do). I'll take a look and post a piccy later if I remember :hehe:

Hi yes that is right the see through top part for the MID series. I think I have found someone on another thread to supply half the 128 I need however I am still looking for another 69. Actually I will probably take any amount because I am going to be combining these tipro boards soon just a bit strapped for cash to go straight to tipro. Please pm me if you could dig them out your dining room. cheers pls pm me.

Also I am after any post MID series usb tipro controllers - cheers
