I've started handing out the IP in exchange for your minecraft user name and email address (though email not necessary ), its a brand new map, we may as well get some testing / frollicking done!

It's up atm afaik, just no map.

 

servers still up and going. i can play just fine when noone else is on...which isnt so bad since you guys are usually in bed by the time i get on.

i made a few new holes with the tnt stickeh gave me earlier...then i build a tower (needed something to do while i tested my connection to the server). im excited for the map to get loaded so i can continue my island.

also, how come when im on fire i dont produce light?

 

I enabled mumble for the server.

Not sure how it's set up in regards to the server, but IIRC mumble is positional and all that jazz.

 

No dynamic (ie moving) light sources in Minecraft.... that's why the torches make light only when placed.

I'd like the new ip as well, no rush.

Who's doing the map transfer?

 

I think they someone sent MPUK the map and their staff have to upload it

Nah, it'll take them a while to put the map on the server. They'll probably do it by tonight or tomorrow

 

Upon entering the new world on the MPUK server, I must say Minecraft has lost its appeal when it feels like I've been thrown into the dark ages. Must. Have. Civilisation!

Online with deathtaker27 atm it makes conversing ideas a hell of a lot easier... I suggest all to download and try it out!
