LOL, no. His artwork is really surreal and twisted. He and his brother both are very talented and do a lot of really crazy warped stuff.

You are correct sir. :duh: My bad. It is a Logisys case. I thank you for the correction.

    Ok, on with the shoe.

    The front

    third verse..same as the first.

I had to trim around the bays and lay the vinyl into the recess.

So now the case foundation is pretty much finished. Now it is time for all the detailing and what not.

The bays, The window on the side, wiring and hardware, More lighting.. All of which will be addressed very soon. So for now here are some overall shots of where I am now.

You can see already how cool this is going to be once I get all the lighting in. I have ordered several Meteor light kits and a Red Thunder cathode. some white cathodes and I have at my disposal lots of Red LEDs. I also have to mess with the PSU and I have some blue sleaving for that.

    stay tuned....

I agree this case reminds me of Conker's BFD with the tediz. Keep up the good work! Are you gonna be doing a similar process with the cd-bay covers to steath the drives? That would look radical.

This is, without a doubt, the best clear case mod I have ever seen. Keep up the great work.

Btw, what components are you using for this bear killing monster of a case

I can't remeber his exact components. I helped him upgrade his POS from a k-6 to an A64 2800+. I sold him the Shuttle AN51R mobo I won at the H raffle at quakecon, also my old 9600xt. He put in some cheap ram in there. Not sure about the rest but I am sure it needs upgraded. He doesn't game much and mostly just sits around and Photoshops.

When I upgraded his mobo is when I saw his case and was like. nuh-uh. Friends don't let friends have cases that ugly. When he brings it in to swap parts into it I will snap a pic. You won't believe it till you see it. It needs to die.

Very ingenious and professionally done mod, though "Pinky" is not pleased with your case theme (though I rather like it...shhh...don't tell "Pinky").

    Nicely done!

I'd tell you how much I like this case but I'm afraid I'd get banned for swearing that much in one post!

Here is a small update for you...

The little bear in the window.
I made some broken glass effects around the little guy and put some Red LEDs around him to accent the edges. Rather menacing for a little feller. I got this Idea from HL2. I actually tried to talk brandon into making one of the bears have a gasmask on. I am glad he turned me down because I think it would have confused the theme. But it would have liked to see a combine bear. :D

    Wide shot.
I am not sure if I am going to keep the lighting this way or not. I need get the rest of the stuff in and play with it. For now there it is.

Then I decided to make some fan grills. Because that lame blade thing wasn't doing it for me. So I made two slightly similar bear heads.

the consensus around work was the right one is best so I put it on the front, and the other on the back of the case.

This front fan is also going to be changing to a RED LED fan.

Well, thats it for now. Hopefully I will be getting lights in soon. maybe monday for another update.

    WOW :jawdrop:
not sure how protective those "grills" are, but they look awesome :thumb:
and i think you mean "show" not "shoe"... unless you were trying on shoes while writing this article
