As TSB said it would be a 12 month contract so you CANT cancel it if its under 12 month since the service started. if its out of contract though shouldnt be a problem
It's well and truly out of contract, like I said, several operators have told me that it HAS been disabled and have told me it is not physically possible for me to make a successful phone call from my landline. Yet I test it every day and it works.
if thats the case id just argue with billing then to remove the phone package from your bill regardless of whether its working or not. they say it cancelled so it shouldnt be on the bill should it LOL
Pfft, +1! Don't say anything about it still working, say it was cancelled and you've continued to be billed, and demand a refund of all monies paid in the period of 'cancellation' of the phoneline! TSB
