I've heard of butt plugs, but I had no idea that that's what they meant - or that Glade made them :D

I love me some ass fudge, particularly those from Wales and once belonging to 'ladies'. In fact, the thought is making me dribble.

I'm sure that's in my DVD collection somewhere...

You know some Tesco worker had a good snigger when he/she made that shelf edge label.

These factors aren't scaled by usage so Alcohol and Tobacco both have a huge overrepresentation (as do some of the more popular drugs) while less popular drugs are underrepresented. It's also a bit meaningless until we know how those fiures are arrived at.

From reading around it seems that these figures were rated by independant researchers which makes the data pretty much useless until we know exactly how they were rated (who was askes, what were the nature of the questions, etc)

I'm not against the decriminalisation of certain drugs but that chart by itself is just so incredibly uninformative that it might as well just be a big MS paint picture saying "drugs are good, alcohol is bad, k?"..

You're making the assumption the figures reflect the effect on the entire population and not on one individual person and their family.

As far as I can wrok out the figures seem to be pertaining to society and scaled down to the individual (thus, the figures are really the same). If the results are based solely on the effect of a single person using that drug then the graph is very surprising as I find it very hard to believe the average alcohol user (which is people like you or I) is more adversely affected by alcohol than the average cocaine user by cocaine (or indeed the average tobacco user by tobacco).
